We collect this information when you enter it in the app, when you create content, and automatically as you use the service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Personalize your experience with AI features, including AI conversations, AI-assisted group chats, agents, group matching, and content suggestions
• Process transactions and send related updates
• Send technical notices and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information only:

• With your consent
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights and safety
• With service providers who assist us in operating our platform, including the AI infrastructure providers described in the "AI Processing" section below

All service providers are bound by agreements requiring them to protect your information to the same or an equivalent standard as this policy.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Cookies and Tracking

Third-Party Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through Social Sircle.

AI Processing

Sircle's AI features are powered by AI models operated by our AI infrastructure providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google (accessed through our routing provider, OpenRouter).

What is analyzed: when you chat with AI, participate in AI-enabled group chats, or use agents, your messages, display name, and interests are analyzed by these AI models to generate responses, summaries, and matches. If you enable astrology-based features, the birth details you provide are also used for those features. Media you share in AI-enabled conversations may be analyzed to describe or respond to it.

What is never analyzed: direct messages between you and other users, and your login details (email address and credentials), are never processed by AI models.

Your permission: we ask for your agreement to this processing when you create your account, before any of your data is processed by AI models. You can review the disclosure anytime in Settings → Privacy in the app.

Provider protections: our AI providers process your data solely to deliver Sircle's features. They do not use your data to train their models and are bound by data protection terms that provide the same or equivalent protection as this policy. Your full profile is never shared for advertising or profiling purposes with any provider or third party.

Children's Privacy

Social Sircle is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses and compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
